Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Fish such as tilapia or salmon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 lemon Lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs such as parsley or dill, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place each fish fillet on a piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with lemon slices, minced garlic, and fresh herbs.
  5. Fold the foil over the fish and seal the edges to make a packet.
  6. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Carefully open the foil packets and serve the fish hot.
