Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup Julienned carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced green beans
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add noodles and toss to coat. Cook until noodles are tender and liquid is absorbed.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
