Instructions
1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
2. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add chicken and cook until browned. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
4. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
5. Add noodles and toss to coat. Cook until noodles are tender and liquid is absorbed.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
