Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Fish (Tilapia or any white fish) cleaned and scaled
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 medium Onion sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Vinegar
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean and scale the fish. Pat dry with paper towels.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, bell pepper, and carrots until tender.
  4. 4. Add vinegar, sugar, water, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour the sauce and vegetables over the fried fish. Serve hot.
