Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef sirloin thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Calamansi juice or lemon juice
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 Onion sliced into rings
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 cup Water
1. Marinate the beef slices in soy sauce, calamansi juice, and minced garlic for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the marinated beef slices until browned. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté the onion rings until they become soft.
4. Return the beef to the pan. Add water and ground black pepper. Let it simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the beef is tender.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice.
