Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 baguette French baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 8 Fresh figs halved
  • ½ cup Ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Spread ricotta cheese on each crostini.
  5. Top with prosciutto and fig halves.
  6. Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper to taste.
