Fig and Prosciutto Salad

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Fresh figs, halved
- 4 slices Prosciutto, torn into pieces
- 4 cups Mixed greens
- 0.25 cup Goat cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, figs, prosciutto, and goat cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
