Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place the cherry tomatoes and minced garlic in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, dried oregano, and dried basil. Toss to coat.
Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the baking dish, surrounded by the tomatoes. Drizzle a bit more olive oil on top of the feta.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is golden on top.
While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Reserve some pasta water, then drain the pasta.
Remove the baking dish from the oven and use a fork to mash the feta and tomatoes together, creating a creamy sauce. Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
