Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 4 large Egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon Butter softened
- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Powdered sugar for dusting
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
Add egg yolks, butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
Roll out the dough thinly and cut into strips. Twist each strip into a bow shape.
Heat oil in a deep fryer. Fry the dough strips until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
