Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 4 large Egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar for dusting
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add egg yolks, butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into strips. Twist each strip into a bow shape.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer. Fry the dough strips until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
