Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Swiss
  • 1 cup Diced cooked ham
  • ¼ cup Chopped green onions
  • 8 Eggs beaten
  • 1 can Evaporated milk 12 ounces
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Arrange hash brown potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onions.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the potato mixture in the dish.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
