Farmers Casserole Recipe
A hearty and delicious casserole perfect for breakfast or brunch.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar or Swiss
- 1 cup Diced cooked ham
- ¼ cup Chopped green onions
- 8 Eggs beaten
- 1 can Evaporated milk 12 ounces
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Arrange hash brown potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish.
Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onions.
In a mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over the potato mixture in the dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
