A refreshing and delicious Indian dessert drink made with milk, rose syrup, vermicelli, and basil seeds.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 4 tablespoon Rose syrup
- ¼ cup Vermicelli cooked
- 2 tablespoon Basil seeds soaked
- 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
1. Cook the vermicelli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Soak the basil seeds in water for about 10 minutes until they swell up. Drain and set aside.
3. In a saucepan, heat the milk until it comes to a boil. Let it cool down.
4. In a glass, add 1 tablespoon of rose syrup, followed by a layer of cooked vermicelli, soaked basil seeds, and cooled milk.
5. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle some more rose syrup on top.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
