Falafel Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Chopped Onion
- ¼ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
Wrap Ingredients
- 4 Tortillas
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- ½ cup Cucumber sliced
- ¼ cup Tahini Sauce
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Pulse until mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky.
2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in flour. Form into small patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Place a few falafel patties on each tortilla.
5. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and drizzle with tahini sauce. Roll up and serve immediately.
