Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sprouted wheat berries
  • 1 cup Sprouted spelt berries
  • ½ cup Sprouted barley
  • ¼ cup Sprouted millet
  • ¼ cup Sprouted lentils
  • 2 ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 ½ teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 4 cups Warm water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the sprouted grains and legumes.
  3. 3. Add the salt, honey, olive oil, and yeast to the mixture.
  4. 4. Gradually add warm water while mixing until you form a dough.
  5. 5. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it's smooth and elastic.
  6. 6. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
  8. 8. Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
