  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the roast with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the roast in a roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
