- 500 g Strawberries hulled and halved
- 300 ml Double cream
- 4 Meringue nests crushed
Whip the double cream until it forms soft peaks.
Fold in the crushed meringue nests.
Gently mix in the strawberries.
Spoon into serving bowls and serve immediately.
