Instructions
1. Heat the niter kibbeh in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the berbere spice and cook for another minute.
4. Add the shredded dried beef and cook until heated through.
5. Pour in the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
6. Add the torn injera pieces and stir to combine.
7. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
