  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Espresso Powder
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and espresso powder. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
