English Sausage Rolls Recipe
Classic English sausage rolls, perfect for a snack or party.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Sausage meat
- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon Milk
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sausage meat with any desired seasonings.
Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Place the sausage meat in a line down the center of the pastry sheet.
Fold the pastry over the sausage meat and press the edges to seal. Cut into individual rolls.
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg and milk mixture.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
