- 4 English muffins, split
- 1 cup Pizza sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup Pepperoni slices
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the split English muffins on a baking sheet, cut side up.
Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each muffin half.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Top with pepperoni slices or any other desired toppings.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven and let cool for a minute before serving.
