Enchiladas Suizas
Delicious and creamy enchiladas topped with a rich tomatillo sauce and melted cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 8 pieces Corn tortillas
- 2 cups Cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 cups Shredded cheese Monterey Jack or similar
- 1 cup Green tomatillo sauce
- 1 cup Chopped cilantro For garnish
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Blend the tomatillo sauce and sour cream until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of the sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken and roll them up. Place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
Pour the remaining sauce over the enchiladas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
