Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Chopped onions
  • ¼ cup Chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and half of the enchilada sauce.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped onions on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
