Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and half of the enchilada sauce.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the tortillas.
Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped onions on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
