Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Sugar for coating
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon for coating
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add milk and melted butter. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Roll out dough on a floured surface.
  4. Cut into ear shapes.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry dough until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Coat fried dough in the mixture.
