Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Eggnog
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  4. Stir in eggnog, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake for 60 minutes or until center is set. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
