  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Mix in the vanilla extract and milk until combined.
  3. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
