Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Butter softened
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Milk
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream together the peanut butter, softened butter, and sugar until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and milk, and mix until combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the edges are set.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
