Egg White Breakfast Casserole Recipe
A healthy and delicious breakfast casserole made with egg whites and fresh vegetables.

- 12 large egg whites
- 1 cup spinach chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers diced
- ½ cup onions diced
- ½ cup mushrooms sliced
- ½ cup low-fat cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.
Add the chopped spinach, diced bell peppers, diced onions, sliced mushrooms, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg whites. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and lightly golden on top.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
