Egg White Bites Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 8 large Egg whites
- ¼ cup Chopped spinach
- ¼ cup Diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup Shredded cheese
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until frothy.
Add the chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, shredded cheese, salt, and black pepper to the egg whites. Mix well.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg bites are set and slightly golden on top.
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
