  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Grated Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks, milk, flour, and salt until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased souffle dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top if using.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until the souffle is puffed and golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately.
