Egg and Hash Brown Casserole
A hearty and easy breakfast casserole with eggs, hash browns, and cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 4 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
Add hash browns, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
