  • 1 cup All-purpose flour heat-treated
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter softened
  • ½ cup Brown sugar packed
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat treat the flour by microwaving it in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. 3. Add the vanilla extract and milk, and mix until combined.
  4. 4. Gradually add the heat-treated flour and mix until just combined.
  5. 5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. 6. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator.
