Easter Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups cubed bread day-old or slightly stale
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and cubed bread to the egg mixture. Stir until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
