  • 1 cup Whipped Cream for topping
  • 1 unit Graham Cracker Crust pre-made

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Top with whipped cream before serving.
