Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken about 4 pounds
- 1 can Beer 12 oz
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Open the beer can and place it inside the chicken cavity.
Place the chicken upright in a roasting pan.
Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
