Ingredients 

Crepe Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly.
  6. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
