  • 2 lbs Deer meat cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 cup Red wine
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Season the deer meat with salt and pepper, then brown it in the skillet.
  4. 4. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Transfer the meat to an oven-safe dish, add beef broth, red wine, and thyme.
  6. 6. Cover the dish and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
