Deep Dish Cookie in a Mug Recipe
A quick and easy deep dish cookie you can make in a mug.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 2 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 unit Egg Yolk
- ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 6 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon Chocolate Chips
1. Melt the butter in a mug in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds.
2. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt to the melted butter. Stir well.
3. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
4. Add the flour and stir until the dough comes together.
5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
6. Microwave on high for about 40-60 seconds, until the cookie is set but still soft in the center.
