Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pitted dates
- 1 cup Nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Desiccated coconut (for rolling)
1. In a food processor, blend the dates until they form a sticky paste.
2. Add the nuts, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Blend until well combined.
3. Scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
4. Roll each ball in desiccated coconut until fully coated.
5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
