  • 200 g Dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
  • 50 g Cocoa butter
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Melt the dark chocolate and cocoa butter in a double boiler.
  2. 2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a chocolate mold and let it cool at room temperature.
  4. 4. Once set, remove from the mold and enjoy your homemade dark chocolate.
