Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups dandelion flowers only the yellow parts
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 package pectin
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. Collect dandelion flowers and remove the green parts.
  2. 2. Boil the flowers in water for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the liquid and discard the flowers.
  4. 4. Return the liquid to the saucepan, add pectin, and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add sugar and lemon juice, then boil for another minute.
  6. 6. Pour the jelly into jars and let it cool.
