Curry Stand Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 bunch Chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Salt
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne, black pepper, ginger, and salt. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add marinated chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 10 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and heavy cream. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan.
