Main Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers sliced thin
- ¼ cup red onion sliced thin
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. Slice cucumbers and red onion thinly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add sliced cucumbers and red onion to the bowl. Toss to coat.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
