Cucumber Mint Salad Recipe
Refreshing and easy cucumber mint salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumber slices and chopped mint leaves.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the mixture.
Season with salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
