- 1 large Cucumber peeled and chopped
- 10 leaves Mint fresh
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
1. Combine cucumber, mint, lemon juice, water, and honey in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
4. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
