Cucumber Dill Salad
A refreshing and simple cucumber dill salad.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon White vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, dill, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to coat.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors meld.
