Main Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber large, thinly sliced
- 2 Avocados ripe, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground
1. Lay out cucumber slices on a flat surface.
2. Place avocado slices on one end of each cucumber slice.
3. Drizzle lemon juice over the avocado slices.
4. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
5. Roll up the cucumber slices and secure with a toothpick if needed.
