Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
  4. Place flour in a separate bowl.
  5. Coat chicken tenderloins in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Place crumbed chicken on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
