Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken thighs until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side.
Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
Add rice and stir to coat with oil.
Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Place chicken thighs on top of rice.
Cover and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until rice is cooked and chicken is crispy.
