Creamy Tomato Basil Pasta

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Pasta any type
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Tomatoes crushed, 28 oz
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add crushed tomatoes to the skillet and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
4. Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce is creamy and heated through.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
6. Stir in chopped fresh basil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
