Instructions

  3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the mixture thickens, about 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and raisins, if using.
