Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
6. Serve hot over pasta, steak, or chicken.
