Cream of Mushroom Chicken Recipe
A comforting dish of chicken cooked in a creamy mushroom sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook for another 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
